John Dillinger Shot to Death 1934

On July 22, 1934, federal agents shot and killed notorious bank robber John Dillinger outside the Biograph Theater in Chicago after a tip-off from Anna Sage. After watching a movie, Dillinger was ambushed, attempted to flee into an alley while drawing a weapon, and was fatally shot by agents, ending his reign as "Public Enemy No. 1".
